This is full-time, salaried work with children and families from our Fourways office, not a psychometrist, clinical or HPCSA internship post. R28,000/month starting salary, from day one, including training - plus performance incentives and bonuses.
What the job really involves
You administer scholastic assessments, turn the findings into a clear report, present them to the family and design the child’s programme. Then you lead the tutor team and keep parents, teachers and psychologists aligned as the programme develops. The work is analytical and client-facing, with premium consultative responsibility: families need to trust both your understanding of their child and the plan you recommend.

These are useful additions to a future master’s application. This remains professional education experience, rather than clinical training or HPCSA-supervised practice.
You will also collaborate with educational, counselling and clinical psychologists as part of the wider support around families. And there is a real leadership path: our Chief Operating Officer started as an Education Leader in 2021.

What you need before applying
You need a degree, with psychology preferred, a reliable car and driver’s licence, and at least one distinction in matric. Regular travel to families, some evening meetings and revenue targets are part of the role. The position is full-time and based at our Fourways office in Johannesburg. It is not a psychometrist, clinical or HPCSA internship post.
